Westgate Oxford

Northmores provided Design Management services as part of the Laing O’Rourke project team in developing the design for Block 1A from Employer’s Requirements to a coordinated detailed design package for sign-off by the Employer alongside the packaging, scoping and coordination of the project for GMP issue/ procurement.

The £10m residential building provides 59 units over five floors with a hybrid insitu and precast concrete podium providing the platform for the use of light weight framing to the units above. The Lifetime Homes compliant scheme forms part of the Westgate Oxford Alliance’s £500m redevelopment of the Westgate Centre in Oxford City Centre.
