Information we may collect from you

The information that is processed about you is dependent on the purpose and channel of your enquiry – this includes:

  • Enquiries for more information about Northmores;
  • Enquires for services offered by Northmores;

Storing your personal data

Your data will be stored in our database and may be accessible by employees of Northmores where it is necessary for them to undertake their duties with regard to projects / business development.

We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary but may be for a period of up to 12 years beyond the end of a contract under seal, where details need to be kept for 12 years for legal purposes, including warranties.

Right to be forgotten

If you wish to exercise your right to be forgotten, please email mail@northmores.com and we will remove all data relating you from our databases and systems.

Unsubscribing

You can email mail@northmores.com from the email address that you wish to unsubscribe, and we will manually remove your email address from the communications list.
