Cherry Park will be one of London’s largest single-site PRS schemes. Construction work is set to start in Q2 2019, with a phased completion and a delivery expected post 2023. The Cherry Park Development will feature approximately 1,200 new homes benefiting from a suite of amenities including a residents’ gym, swimming pool, workspace and high-quality public areas.
Further to our work on Westfield London Phase 2, Northmores delivered bespoke design and procurement strategy advice to Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for this major residential development in London which has included providing a tailored road map for aligned full team appointment, design coordination and delivery as the project move through the strategic planning stage onwards.
A key deliverable has been the development of a client specific suite of design, procurement and construction briefing documents as well as scopes of service for all consultants and specialists to be procured moving forward.
