Design Management
Greenford Green seeks to revitalise two derelict sites in South Ealing into a unique mixed-use neighbourhood.
The extensive 10.6 hectare site, either side of the Regent’s Canal in West London, will attract and retain retail, leisure, craft, restaurant and creative uses; residents will occupy circa 1,800 apartments in buildings of between six and twenty stories rising above lively street frontages. The development also includes an NHS Health Centre and a new Primary School. Northmores provided ad hoc project and design management services to Greystar including the production of standardised client specific scopes of service documents and design responsibility matrices for the full project team including specialists.
