Current projects

We are currently delivering Project and Design Management and Management Consultancy services for a range of residential developments in Cambridge, London and across the South East. In total, the projects on which we are engaged comprise 5100+ residential units across various typologies including urban and rural developments, major PRS schemes, residential-led mixed-use, and almshouses for charities. The projects vary in scale from £2.0M up to £150M+.
