DAN MASON

Life Sciences Consultant
Dan has over 30 years experience in the Life Sciences sector, with spells in both R&D and manufacturing within the pharmaceuticals industry. Starting his career as a Chemical Engineer in technical roles, Dan moved into project management and then, for the past 20 years, into programme and portfolio delivery roles. Dan has considerable experience of leading teams of Project Managers delivering all scales of capital investments up to £25M within overall portfolios up to £100M.
With a Masters Degree in Industrial Project Management, Dan has a passion for ensuring delivery is set-up for success from the outset, placing particular importance in establishing the business case and the right project to deliver on that optimally, with a particularly focus on the “front-end” and engaging the right people, with the right skillsets and the right mindsets.
