Kelly is an experienced and enthusiastic major capital projects and programme manager with a background in both client-side and consultancy businesses. She has predominantly specialised in healthcare, aerospace and defence, and commercial/industrial manufacturing, while also having enjoyed delivering education sector projects including working on the beautiful historic Cambridge College/University buildings. Kelly is proficient in HMT Five Case Model business case development and review, as well as being an experienced PMO lead for major change initiatives using her MSP Practitioner skills to successfully deliver client change programmes within healthcare and defence sector businesses.
Dedicated to the safe and effective delivery of projects of varying complexity and value, especially in challenging, highly regulated, live, and operational environments, Kelly is very comfortable delivering projects within the client’s programme and funding constraints.
