Chartered Project Manager
Marika is a Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB) with over nine years’ experience delivering projects across a wide range of scales and sectors within both the public and private sectors. She brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and is recognised for her ability to manage complex, evolving project requirements and drive delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
Her experience spans small and large-scale schemes, including working with both Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, and she has held roles as both Site Manager and Project Manager, giving her a strong practical understanding of construction delivery as well as strategic project leadership. Marika has contributed to high-value private estate developments of up to £200m, heritage projects including the restoration of Buckingham Palace, and healthcare and commercial schemes such as the AstraZeneca Conference Centre, where she was involved from the outset of the design phase. She has a strong track record of collaborating with clients, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure effective coordination, programme control and successful project outcomes. Marika is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standards — efficiently, thoroughly, and with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
