Perminder has worked in the construction industry for 9 years.  Experienced in undertaking project management, space feasibility planning, procurement, PMO compliance, site management, technical, commercial, and financial control.

Her varied portfolio of work has enabled her to develop excellent client and project team liaison skills and the ability to successfully interface with senior officers across multiple workstreams, and engage diverse stakeholder groups, to communicate the commission vision, maintain design continuity and provide leadership through all stages of a project.

Perminder spent over 15 years’ working in a variety of psychiatric mental health settings.
