Rory joined Northmores as a Graduate in 2025 following a period of time out after his degree. During his time out Rory spent time travelling and working on construction sites in Australia, giving him a unique understanding of the ‘nuts and bolts’ of construction. Rory was quickly able to translate this into his work at Northmores where he has undertaken site inspections, quality assessments and supported NEC Supervisors at site level on healthcare schemes, most notably the new treatment centre for Chelsea & Westminster.
As well as understanding the fundamentals of construction Rory has supported the Project Managers on highly complex projects for key clients such as the Cambridge Colleges and AstraZeneca.
Rory is currently working towards his RICS APC which he aims to sit in 2027.
