OUR HISTORY

Backed by over 25 years of experience, the consultancy was founded in 2011 by Peter Northmore. Utilising his substantial reputation in the Cambridge construction industry Peter has been able to consistently grow the consultancy year on year to become one of the region’s leading providers of project management and lead consultancy services.

The leadership team has been created through a blend of six experienced and collaborative individuals from a diverse range of disciplines and professional backgrounds. This allows us to provide a bespoke service offering a range of perspectives and approaches to each project, backed by a common set of strongly embedded core company values.

Peter, who remains an intrinsic member of the team, works closely with the team on a daily basis. Our structure and size affords us the ability to provide senior level hands on leadership to every project as well as Peter having an overview and a relationship with each of our clients.
