Dan Pickett-Thomas

Dan is a chartered Project Manager with 21 years of experience working in the Construction Industry. An enthusiastic, pace-setting leader with a proven track record of assembling high-performing teams in challenging circumstances.
He has focused on delivering complex projects with acute levels of risk. These schemes range from £1M conservation projects to £1BN+ masterplan developments. He has worked primarily on projects with private clients, charities, and educational establishments. This experience has given him a unique understanding of funding arrangements and budget control as well as allowing him to hone his skills in managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
Dan has managed a team of award-winning professionals to construct the internationally acclaimed Cambridge Mosque Project where he was involved with funding, procurement, design management and programme management, he spent five years as a Trustee of the Mosque and was closely involved in the daily operations of the Mosque and building up the charities endowment fund.
Dan also leads the Northmores legal due diligence and contract work streams and is an accredited NEC Professional.
