Dan Thomas – Director

Dan is a chartered Project Manager with 18 years of experience working in the Construction Industry. An enthusiastic, pace-setting leader with a proven track record of assembling high-performing teams in challenging circumstances.

He has focused on delivering complex projects with acute levels of risk. These schemes range from £1M conservation projects to £1BN+ masterplan developments. He has worked primarily on projects with private clients, charities, and educational establishments. This experience has given him a unique understanding of funding arrangements and budget control as well as allowing him to hone his skills in managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders.

Dan has managed a team of award-winning professionals to construct the internationally acclaimed Cambridge Mosque Project where he has been involved with funding, procurement, design management and programme management, he is now a Trustee of the Mosque and has been closely involved in the daily operations of the Mosque and building up the charities, endowment fund.

Dan also leads the Northmores legal due diligence and contract work streams and is an accredited NEC3 and NEC4 Professional.

Outside work, Dan has a first blackbelt in martial arts and is an active coach in a Mixed Martial Arts School. Dan is also a motorbike enthusiast including everything from offroad endurance riding and racing around tracks across Europe, to leisurely tours around the world on his beloved Moto Guzzi.
