Nicola is an Project Director, qualified Architect, and highly experienced Project Manager with over 30 years of expertise delivering large-scale new build projects mainly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Working at Northmores, Nicola leads a team,, delivering complex projects from inception through to completion, ensuring the successful coordination of design, governance, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
As a qualified Architect, Nicola brings a strong design-led foundation combined with robust project and programme management expertise. She has a deep understanding of client needs, clinical protocols, and statutory and organisational governance, enabling her to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.
She is known for her excellent communication skills and collaborative approach, building trusted client relationships while driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
