Pooja is a construction professional with a civil engineering background and nine years’ experience across project coordination, cost consultancy and construction project management. She spent two years managing small-to-medium hospitality projects, developing key deliverables and supporting successful delivery, and brings three years of cost consultancy experience with a strong focus on quality, value and programme discipline.

Driven by a personal connection to healthcare, Pooja joined Northmores around four years ago and now supports the delivery of multiple clinical projects—work she is thoroughly enjoying as she continues to grow in project management.
