Tom Smethurst
BSc (Hons), MArch (Hons), PGDip, ARB, RIBA.
Associate Director
Tom has a strong background in project and programme management, working on complex, long-term, multi-stakeholder architecture and planning projects across both the private and public sectors.
He is an ARB and RIBA chartered Architect as well as a Public Practice and Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership alumnus. He has a keen interest in leading sustainable design solutions for the built environment achieved through collaboration, interdisciplinary working, early strategic coordination, and design innovation.
At Northmores Tom recently led the delivery of the award winning St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub in Hornchurch, and is currently leading on the enabling works programme for the New Hillingdon Hospital.
