Chairman
A skilled Project and Programme Director with a strong background in multi-disciplinary, environmental and infrastructure focused projects. Peter trained at the Regional Health Authority and has over 35 years’ experience in specialist healthcare delivery, and in most of the public and private sectors generally, over a diverse range of projects.
He is a self-motivated, driven individual and an experienced and a hands-on Chairman. From inception to completion Peter is passionate, conscientious, and committed to each scheme regardless of size and complexity. He takes personal pride in ensuring the client achieves value for money and provides a dedicated service for Lead Consultancy / Project management duties.
Peter has the ability to provide additional commercial / strategic advice whilst playing an integral part in client and user interaction.
Peter also has a particularly strong background in the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) having been involved exclusively on the client’s side on over 25 major NHS PFI schemes including the Barts and Royal London Hospitals, the largest NHS concession, and more recently the new Royal Papworth Hospital situated on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
